1. All the documentary details we collect from client during the process of providing our service shall be returned back to the client at the end of our service

2. If necessary we shall keep a copy of the document, or the information in it for the purpose of record keeping, further research and any other reason explained and stated to client and with client consent.

3. We shall disclose and explain the process and outcomes of service to the client, intended user and authorized regulatory authority if necessary as professional obligations while respecting the privacy of the concerned parties

4. Our scope and obligations, enclosures of documentary details and service specific declarations shall be provided to the client
