General Terms of Service

1. We shall provide service to every client including Organisations and Individuals acording to their needs and requirements with the proper rights, affiliations and onsent as needed while adibing with the rules, laws and standards of service as stated and recommended by the relevant bodies, authorities of Government of India and International Standards.

2. We shall provide our services only after confirmation of the service agreement, in record.

3. If required by the nature of service, we shall have in-person and on-site visits and perform necessary survey. We shall maintain a record of such visits with mentions of purpose of signatories

4. While providing our srvice, we shall be fair, rational and impartial. Also, we shall use all our expertise and ncessary skills to ensure that we delivery with accuracy to ensure satisfaction and maintain the code of honour.

5. In case, any mistake has incurred in our service causing inconvenience, we shall accept the responsibility and address any such greviance with utmost priority and capacity.

6. All the documents and proofs we have regarding the legidimacy of our qualification, registration and other aspects of this business, organisation and service, its members and other parties involved directly are true upto the best of our knowledge.

7. We shall respect the right of client to approach us to inquire about our service and choice to accept our service. Also, we shall follow all the necessary and fair protocols required by client.

8. If any policy is updated in future, from either our side or at the client side, we shall reasonably accept it in record.

9. Our rights and responsibilities as stated above are not transferrable in probate unless stated otherwise
